The ProducePak Alerts Module lets you setup alerts which will be triggered when certain conditions in your business exist. Alerts are used to ensure staff are made aware of important incidents in the business such as a pallet rejection or breach of quality standards.

• transport providers

Improve Response Time
When an incident occurs in your business, ProducePak can alert the relevant staff who can then take immediate corrective steps to rectify the problem. For example, an alert may fix a QA problem before too many out of specification cartons are packed. An alert may instigate the re-supply of packaging materials ensuring the smooth operation of the packing shed.

Alert Types
The following ProducePak Alerts are available:

• QA Alert: an alert is sent when QA standards are breached, the alert details the produce, Lot number, deviation percentage, and date.

• Delivery Dockets: Send customer (or anyone else) a copy of Delivery Docket or Invoice when generated. The docket is sent as an attachment if emailed.

• Transport Dockets: Send Transport provider (or anyone else) a copy of a Transport Docket when generated. The docket is sent as an attachment if emailed.

• Reject Pallets: Send alert to anyone when a pallet/s are rejected, includes details of Customer, Pallet Number, Produce etc.

• Re-Order Products: this is an inventory alert which details the Product Name, quantity on hand, re-order quantity, time and date – for a product that requires replenishing such as Cartons etc.

• Test Input: Alerts a selected user of any discrepancies detected in the Block Crop Input system where users have not balanced inventory usage

• Test Usage: Alerts a selected user of any discrepancies detected in the usage of inventory where users have not correctly balanced their inventory usage
